Sometimes it’s simply the feeling that something in life is no longer working the way it used to.

Wherever you’re starting from, my work is about helping you reconnect with your body and find a more sustainable way forward.

I bring together several approaches that support the body, the nervous system, and everyday life in different ways. You’re welcome to explore what feels most supportive for you right now.

Stress & burnout support

Support for when life feels overwhelming, your energy feels unpredictable, or your nervous system rarely gets a chance to settle.

Together we explore practical ways to reduce pressure, understand your stress patterns, and create more stability in everyday life — at a pace that works for your body.

Yoga for body awareness

Gentle, adaptable movement that supports body awareness, regulation, and recovery.

My approach to yoga is not about performance or flexibility. It’s about learning how to move in a way that feels safe, supportive, and responsive to your body — especially if you are living with chronic illness, fatigue, pain, or stress.

Nutrition for sustainable energy

Support in building a way of eating that works with your body rather than against it.

Instead of strict rules or quick fixes, this work focuses on sustainable nourishment, understanding what your body responds well to, and creating routines that feel realistic in everyday life.

This can be particularly supportive when energy levels, digestion, or health conditions affect how you relate to food.

Life transitions & clarity coaching

A space for clarity when something in life no longer feels aligned.

Sometimes there isn’t one clear problem — just a sense that something needs to shift. Life coaching offers time to reflect, explore what matters to you now, and move forward with more steadiness and direction.

The starting point is always the same: learning to listen more closely to yourself and what your body is telling you.

This isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about finding strength in ways that feel sustainable and supportive over time, especially if your body has changed due to stress, illness, or fatigue.

60 min: $125

  • We take a look at the area you want help with

  • We evaluate and look at what help you want going forward

  • You get notes of what we talked about after the sessions, so that you can be present in the session, and have the notes to go back to

Deluxe

5 sessions (5,5 hours): $731

  • Session 1: A short look at your past & present, and then focus on your future, 75 minutes (includes goal setting and home exercises)

  • Session 2-4: We discuss the exercises & modify your goal if needed, 3x45 minutes

  • Session 5: We evaluate and look at what help you want going forward, 45 minutes

  • For sessions 1-3, we meet every week or every other week

  • Sessions 4-5 are booster sessions, a month after the previous session

Premium

10 sessions (10,5 hours): $1181

  • Session 1: A short look at your past & present, and then focus on your future, 75 minutes (includes goal setting and home exercises)

  • Sessions 2-9: We discuss the exercises & modify your goal if needed, 8x45 minutes

  • Session 10: We evaluate and look at what help you want going forward, 45 minutes

  • For sessions 1-5, we meet every week, or every other week

  • Sessions 6-8 are booster sessions a month after the previous session

  • Sessions 9-10 are booster sessions, 2- 3 months after the previous session
