How I work

Yoga can support both physical and nervous-system regulation when it is adapted to the body you are living in right now.

Rather than following fixed sequences, we create guided practices that respond to your energy, your preferences, and your capacity.

These may include:

  • restorative yoga for deep rest and recovery

  • yin yoga for releasing tension and supporting fascia

  • gentle chair yoga practice for days when it’s hard to be on the floor

  • breathing practices that support calm and regulation

  • options for adjusting intensity depending on how your body feels

The goal is not flexibility or performance, but connection.

Do I need to be flexible to participate?

No. The practices are adapted to your body and your current capacity. Flexibility is not required.

What is restorative yoga?

Restorative yoga is a very gentle practice using cushions, blankets, and support to help the body rest and recover deeply.

Can I practise even when my energy is low?

Are the sessions live or self-paced?

You receive salf-paced practices that you can follow at home, in your own time and at your own pace.
