I provide you with personalized yoga sessions, that you do at your own pace. The sessions cater to your needs, preferred level of intensity, and access to equipment. Restorative yoga is balancing and relaxing. We stay in the posture for up to 30 minutes to land and activate the parasympathetic nervous system. The positions are either seated or lying down, supported with lots of cushions, blankets and bolsters. Yin yoga releases tension, creates balance, strength and connection to your body. We stay 5 minutes in each posture to activate the fascia. Most positions are either seated or lying down. Hatha can be adapted to your needs and level depending on flow and intensity.
