plant-based nutrition support

Do I need to eat fully plant-based to receive support?

No. Nutrition support is always adapted to your situation and your body. Since I’ve been vegetarian for more than 30 years, I mainly work with vegetarian and plant-based nutrition. If you’d like to move towards a more plant-based way of eating, I’m happy to support you step by step. You can begin where you are and make changes at your own pace. 

Can plant-based nutrition help with low energy or burnout?

Yes. A well-balanced plant-based approach can support more stable energy, improved digestion, and recovery over time.

Is this support suitable if I live with chronic illness?

Yes. Many people who seek nutrition support are living with chronic illness or long-term stress and want a more sustainable way of eating.

Will I receive a personalized nutrition plan?

Yes. All programmes include a plan adapted to your needs, energy levels, and daily life.

Do I have to change everything at once?

No. The focus is on small steps that work over time and feel realistic for your body and routine.

  • We look over your life situation & needs, 75 minutes

  • I provide you with a stress management, yoga or workout plan & a plant based nutritional plan for 1 week

  • We evaluate & look at what help you want going forward, 45 minutes

  • You get notes of what we talked about after the sessions, so that you can be present in the session, and have the notes to go back to

Premium

4 sessions (3,5 hours): $899

  • You register everything you eat, do & exercise during 3-7 days

  • We look over your life situation & needs, 75 minutes

  • Reflection exercise

  • I provide you with a stress management, yoga or workout plan & a plant based nutritional plan for 4 weeks

  • You get a workbook about nutrition, and an eBook about Gut Health

  • A half-way check-in session, after 2 weeks, 45 minutes
