5. Payments

All payments for products and services must be made in full before access is granted. We use secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe) to handle payments. We do not store any of your financial information.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are provided once a product is purchased or a service is booked and delivered. If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling (Services Only)

You may reschedule a coaching session up to 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered forfeited. Refunds are not issued for missed or cancelled sessions.
