As a Licenced Health/Stress/Life coach, Nutritionist, Vegan Chef, Yoga teacher, Wellness trainer and Massage therapist, I passionately offer people that live with chronic illness, are burned out – or just want a helping hand, a healthier and fuller life – the help and guidance they need. Through coaching and using personalized plans of nutrition, workout and/or stress management, you can live the life you want in the best way possible. A life filled with energy to do all the things you want to!
