In our sessions, I support you in putting words to what matters to you and what is changing in your life.

The aim is not to push you towards a solution, but to help you reconnect with your own clarity and inner direction.

You’re welcome to begin with a single session or choose a longer process if you would like more continuity and support over time.

Single session

60 min: $125

A focused session where we explore one area you would like support with and clarify possible next steps.

After the session, you receive written notes so you can return to what we discussed.

Coaching series

5 sessions (5,5 hours): $731

A structured process that gives space to explore your situation more deeply and begin moving forward step by step.

Together we:

  • clarify what matters most to you

  • explore patterns that may be influencing your situation

  • work with simple exercises between sessions

  • adjust direction as things become clearer

  • reflect on what support you may want going forward

Sessions are usually spaced weekly or every second week at the beginning, followed by later follow-up sessions.

Extended coaching process

10 sessions (10,5 hours): $1181

This option offers longer-term support if you would like more time to explore change gradually and with continuity.

Across the sessions, we:

  • explore your situation in greater depth

  • work step by step with exercises between sessions

  • adjust your direction as clarity develops

  • return to important themes over time

  • and create space for follow-up support as things shift in your life

Sessions are typically closer together at the beginning, with later sessions spaced further apart to support integration over time.
