Sometimes we get stuck in life, be it our personal or professional life. Making changes can be hard and somewhat daunting. Sometimes there are so many things that don’t work, that it’s hard to know where to start, which can lead to a feeling of hopelessness. So we just stay where we are, in the safe notion of knowing what we have, but not what awaits at the other end of change.

When I coach you, I help you put into words what is important to you and what motivates you, we uncover your inner potential and make a plan for you to move forward. In this way, I guide you to find your way back to yourself.

I coach you through your process of formulating your goal and how to achieve it in a way that works in your life. The aim of each session is to take you closer to achieving your goal. Session 1: A short look at your past & present, and then focus on your future, 75 minutes (includes goal setting and home exercises)
Session 2-4: We discuss the exercises & modify your goal if needed, 3x45 minutes
Session 5: We evaluate and look at what help you want going forward, 45 minutes
For sessions 1-3, we meet every week or every other week
Sessions 4-5 are booster sessions, a month after the previous session
