I provide you with personalized workout sessions, that you do at your own pace. The sessions cater to your needs, preferred level of intensity and access to equipment. Circuit training is a series of exercises that are performed after each other. They can be made with or without weights and/or rubber band, focusing on strength and/or cardio depending on your preference. Tabatha/HIIT intervals, is a series of exercises that are performed at a high pace with a timer, 45 seconds workout followed by 15 seconds rest.
